Prevention used to be my monthly staple read, untill I find that there were more ads than proper articles in those issues.. Was browsing some old copies, and here are some interesting articles worth to take note of..
Gee, so sleeping too much is not good too. That explains why I sometimes feel unwell each time I slept in too much. I'd get backaches, and wind in stomach, just generally not in good mood. Maybe these are hints...
Okay, so now on it is just 7-8 hours of shut eye :)
Oh goodie, my favourite weekend breakfast is hot milo, 2 half boiled eggs and 3 slices of butter toasts. Absolutely yummy, but at times I feel a wee bit guilty in case too fattening. Well not anymore haha.
Mmmm one of the fruits that I really like :) But I prefer them not too soft. Just crispy enough, half chilled.
That explains why I feel better when I train my staffs even though that means long hours in the office. Moving around aften is like mini exercise for the body. On days I seclude myself at my cubicle, I'd leave office with nagging backache. Power walk or stroll babes!
More on moving around.. argh I've just terminated my gym membership last month. I enjoyed my times on the treadmill, but hey I can now power walk at the park. Or the garden just below my apartment :)
Maybe this could be a very beneficial and healthy habit eh?
Let's see, my 5 Gratefuls for today:
- No traffic jam to work today (its Public Holiday haha)
- The Boyfriend woke up early to drive me to work
- My staffs are independant and able to cover the volume
- No dirty wet toilets (I'm very particular about this)
- Its Wesak Day, and one of my team mate gave me a bottle floral scented Blessed Water from the temple. A surprise gesture, and I love it :)
